Stone Tsang won the truegrit in 5:19 and broke the course record kept by Neil Tate by 2 mins. Albert Yung and Adrian Horvath was 2nd and 3rd. Janet Ng was the 1st woman and finished in an amazing new women record 6:04 which is 39 mins faster than the old record kept by Joejoe Fan. |

Yip Chun Fai was the second and finished the race in 5:41, a time ranked third in the history and a new MV1 record. Peter Lee was the third and finished in 6:04. Ida Lee successfully defended her title and broke LV1 record in 6:57. |

Wong Ka Wai won the second individual races this season in 2:36. Two time champion Lai Kat was 12 mintues behind. Leung Chiu Yin, Fong Lai Lun and Yip Chun Fai ranked 3rd to 5th and were only few seconds behind Lai.After 'retiring' from hill race for 1 year, Joejoe Fan proved she is still a strong contender in HK hill races and won the race in 3:05. Tsang Woon Ming and Yeung Mei Lun were 2nd and 3rd in 3:24 and 3:26 respectively. |
